Smith is so much more than my last name. It's the sign of a maker - one who shapes raw materials into something unique and special. That's the spirit behind Cookie|Smith — and it's baked into everything we do.

Cookie|Smith began with a simple desire: to share one or two truly exceptional cookies with loved ones at the end of a busy day. Not a whole batch. Not something from a box. Just a few perfect cookies, made with intention, without hauling out the mixer.

So we started creating. Testing recipes, hand-scooping dough, flash-freezing, and obsessing over every ingredient and technique.

We pre-portion our gourmet frozen cookie dough by hand, so all you have to do is bake - and maybe finish with some flaky salt for an extra flourish.  What emerged from our efforts is a philosophy - the best recipes we could dream up, made with the absolute best ingredients and greatest attention to detail.
